At HisabKitab POS, we strive to provide reliable billing and inventory management software. Since our products are digital software products and license activations, this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.

Free Trial / Evaluation

We provide a Free Lifetime version with essential billing features so that users can evaluate the software before purchasing any premium features or subscription plans.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests may not be approved in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Purchase made by mistake without reviewing product details.
• Incompatibility with unsupported operating systems or hardware.
• Failure to use the software due to lack of technical knowledge.
• Business closure or discontinuation of software usage.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Technical issues that completely prevent software usage and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable period.
• Incorrect billing due to a verified payment processing error.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel future subscription renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not automatically qualify for a refund of payments already processed.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.
